Did you know that 60% of women that wear high heels are in pain while doing so? I have to admit, that I am part of this 60%, but why do we put ourselves through it? Because, we are ingrained to think that "fashion is pain". But it really doesn't have to be. You can find comfortable and beautiful heels to wear.

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Cole Haan heels. They are made with Nike Air technology, the same cushioning that goes into their football, soccer and baseball shoes. Seriously.
